Hunter Brown now lives in Litchfield County, Connecticut, after many years of working and living in Manhattan. His interest in pursuing photography as a serious amateur was enhanced by a number of short courses in traditional black and white photography at ICP. He has been a member of CCNY for over three years and he now works out of his own darkroom at home. He works in both 35MM and medium format films, and favors the tonality and grain of traditional emulsions. His first show‚ ”Color in Black & White–India“‚ took place this fall in Washington, Connecticut.
