Christina Lee Thurston was born in Salt Lake City Utah in 1985. She attended Utah Valley University for her freshman year where she received a full scholarship for photography. She then moved to New York City to attend the School of Visual Arts in 2006. She was on the Dean‘s list and graduated with honors in 2009. She was nominated for the Tierney Fellowship in 2009. Her photo ”Eden“‚ silver gelatin print, was featured in the April issue of Photo District News (PDN, page 15). Christina currently lives and works in New York City.
