Galina Fecher was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas in 1976.Ę In 2000, after living in multiple cities across the United States, she settled down in Portland, Oregon where she attained a Bachelor of Arts in Printmaking from Portland State University.ĘIn 2008, she moved to New York City to attend the International Center of Photography.ĘIn 2009 she completed the their one year general studies program and took part in Pluperfect:2008–2009 Full–Time Student Exhibition.ĘHer work was also included in the 2009 edition of the Shift catalogue.
