David Ebeltoft completed his BFA in Photography and Museum Studies at the College of Santa Fe in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2002. His work, which has been exhibited and collected nationwide, draws upon the fine print tradition rooted within photography and is then combined with new interpretations of the photographs presentation. His most recent series, Residential, is based on the symbolic and aesthetic nature of residencies in his hometown of Dickinson, North Dakota and recently received The Grand Prize at the Arkell Museum’s 2008 National Small Works Exhibit.
