Lindsey Castillo
Lindsey Castillo is a photographer living in New York City. She graduated from The School of Visual Arts in 2008. Lindsey received The Rhodes Academic Achievement Award, as well as a Special Photography Scholarship. Lindsey has participated in two group shows at The School of Visual Arts and was a part of the School of Visual Arts Mentor Program. Lindsey participated in My Other Nature, a show at the Camera Club of New York, curated by Alexander Perrelli. Lindsey was also involved in the Bushwick Open Studios in 2008. Currently, Lindsey is working on a series of found photographs based on her mother in Houston, Texas. Lindsey has also worked on documentary and portraiture work of friends in New York City. She was born and raised in Texas and currently resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
